I was sorry Dr. Gill was unwell but the locum dentist who filled in was excellent! He knew what he was doing for sure and kept checking on my freezing as it was a 2.5 hr appt. Very kind and extremely upbeat. The assistand and front desk are always tremendous. I always feel Im in good hands!

I have been attending Cloverdale Crossing for almost 10 years. The administration staff are friendly and efficient. The dentists are knowledgable and kind; hygienists informative and gentle. Finally, for a medical facility, they are on time! I rarely have had to wait. I literally fell asleep because the hygenist put me at ease! Would recommend 👌

They didn’t rush me or make me feel judged for my anxiety instead, they reassured me and made me feel heard. What stood out most was how attentive they were to my comfort. Whether it was offering calming techniques, allowing breaks when needed, or using a gentle approach during treatment, they genuinely cared about making the experience as positive as possible.

The dental chairs are laid out in a way that promotes a feeling of well-being and ease when undergoing procedures. The hygienists are all professional and efficient and prioritize patient comfort and care. Dr. Shaheen is very knowledgeable and has a positive attitude while being very efficient and thorough with her work, while providing comfortable and pain-free procedures. I highly recommend this dental clinic and wish I had made the move to their clinic earlier!

My kids, 6 & 8 had a really positive experience here. The staff were extremely kind and patient with them, and informative. They’re excited to go back for their next appointments. I especially appreciated being able to move back and forth between both kids having their dental examinations without feeling like I was in the way. Thank you!

I can not recommend this place enough. I have some anxiety going to the dentist, but coming here has been the best decision recently for my oral health. The front end staff are genuine and actually care. They go out of their way to actually make your bookings are set to your schedule. They remember you as a person and not an insurance number. The dental assistances are caring and also help you with anything you need. They even gave me a blanket to calm me down! I was not expecting that nor asked but they offered. They walk you through everything step by step, talk with you like a person and not "a client" and the dentist herself is careful and precise. When ever I had a moment of anxiety flare up they stopped to check on me and make sure I was doing ok and walked me through what was happening to make sure I was comfortable before going on. If you have any form of anxiety and are looking for a dentist office that 100 percent will accept you and help you I can not give more stars than google allows here. 10000/10000!
